Experience

  • Deepak has over 30 years of experience in managing quality and implementing Quality Systems and providing consultancy in various sectors of industry i.e. IT, Automobile, and Engineering.

  • Conducted successfully 35+ SCAMPI ‘A’ Appraisals in India, China, USA, Europe, UAE, KSA, Nigeria, South Africa

  • He has provided consultancy in the areas of Gap analysis, Process definition, Process implementation, Process improvement, Metrics program development & deployment, Agile & CMMI Mapping, Class C and Class B appraisals.

  • Prior to DMPES, Deepak worked with Nihilent Limited as Managing Consultant for their Process Improvement consulting practice and executed consulting assignments on CMMI-DEV, CMMI-SVC, Agile, ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and various other quality frameworks

  • Deepak has taken active participation in Nihilent’s Process Improvement journey and to get appraised for CMMI-DEV Level 5 and CMMI-SVC Level 3

  • Deepak also worked as head of SEPG and Training functions and responsible for managing process definition, process training, process implementation, process measurement, process audit, and process improvement activities.

  • Established organization-wide Metrics tool for measuring process and project performance

  • Lead and managed the team at Standard Bank, SA for the establishment of BLUE PROCESS mapping PRINCE 2, ITIL, etc.

  • Worked on Standard Bank, South Africa project for developing method maturity model framework and fit for purpose methods, inclusive of process and capabilities in the area of Pre-Business Release Delivery.

  • Helped different clients in mapping the CMMI practices in an AGILE development environment

  • As a senior consultant successfully executed process consultancy assignments in India, South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda, USA, France, China, UAE, KSA.
